Account details you provide at signup (name, email, company, phone), billing information (handled by our payment processor, never stored on our servers), and basic product usage data (watchlist tickers, login activity) needed to run the service.
To operate your account, send transactional email (verification, password reset, billing receipts), and improve the product. We don't sell personal data to third parties.
We keep account data while your account is active. Email privacy@supascreener.com to request deletion and we'll remove your data within 30 days, except where we're required to retain records by law.
Passwords are hashed, not stored in plain text. Sessions are protected against cross-site request forgery. No system is 100% secure, and we'll notify affected users promptly in the event of a breach.
